The Finance Department is responsible for all financial matters of the municipality and provides the following financial services for municipal operations, including accounting, purchasing, payroll, and capital. It is also responsible for current budgets, financial analysis, Long Term Financial Planning and year-end audit. Furthermore, the Department is responsible for the billing and collection of property taxes, local improvement charges, the issuance of lottery licenses, and the operation and maintenance of computer applications and systems.
