Transfer Sites (Bin Sites)
These sites are open to municipal residents only, sites are continually monitored to ensure proper use. Each site has signage indicating proper use and information for Waste Disposal.  

Under no circumstances is BULK MATERIAL (Scrap Metal, Tires, Construction/Demolition) permitted at the Transfer Sites. Cameras have been installed at some sites, and enforcement officers are randomly inspecting all Transfer Sites. Anyone found in violation will be subject to minimum set fines of $305 as per By-law 2010-26.
